Stacked or permanent ads are prohibited in all ad spaces/locations unless otherwise stated. It is preferable if your advertisements relate to J-Rock, Anime, Asian culture, and/or Music; while other subjects, may be allowed, are subject to approval. The ad banner can not be "too flashy" and must be designed to fit and conform with the layout scheme. All submissions are subject to approval. Payment Policy: Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Cheque. For credit card payments, an authorization form will be sent to confirm your purchase order. Payment can not be split into installments and must be made one time only. No exceptions. Refund Policy: There will be NO REFUND made for the payment of products and/or services rendered. Cancellations will not be honored. No exceptions. If you do not agree to the terms stated herein do not use the services. Image Format: PNG, JPEG, animated/non-animated GIF, Flash, Text, and Custom HTML accepted.
