PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ACCESSING OR REGISTERING ON BATSU.ORG. ACCESSING BATSU.ORG INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE.

Introduction. This agreement ("Agreement") between You ("You") and Batsu.org ("We", "Batsu") consists of these Terms and Conditions. "You" means any entity identified using this Site and its content.

Use.

1. Prohibited Materials.
You agree not to post:
(a) any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening;
(b) any material in violation of any International or United States Federal law;
(c) any material slandering an individual's privacy;
(d) any material attacking a specific individual or group;
(e) any material intended to hurt the users;
(f) any material concerning an individual's privacy, telephone numbers, and use of real names;
(g) any material that has to do with selling or purchasing merchandise, dubbing of licensed goods, asking to copy, and anything against the law;
(h) any material that will hurt the members feelings when they read it;
(i) any other material that is felt inappropriate by a large sum of people.
(j) any online conversations without consent of all parties (includes AIM and forum discussions)
Unauthorized spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are forbidden.

If you feel that a posted message is objectionable, you are encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The staff and the owner of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content if they determine the removal is necessary.

2. Copyrighted Material.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

3. Forum Etiquette.
After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile and make posts at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

4. Username & Password Policy.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

5. IP Address Tracking.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

6. Web Browser Cookies.
Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

7. Links.
This site may contain links to web sites controlled or offered by third parties (non-affiliates of Batsu). Batsu hereby disclaims liability for, any information, materials, products or services posted or offered at any of the third party sites linked to this web site. By creating a link to a third party web site, Batsu does not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or information contained at that web site, nor is Batsu liable for any failure of products or services offered or advertised at those sites. Such third party may have a privacy policy, terms and conditions different from that of Batsu and the third party website may provide less security than the Batsu site.

11. Modifications.
Batsu reserves the right to amend and modify the Site and its content, these disclaimers, and terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, and without notice to You.

12. COPPA.
Per COPPA, or the Child Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998, you certify and guarantee that you are either over or exactly 13 years of age. Minors under the age of 13 with or without written parental consent or some other method of legal guardian acknowledgment are not permitted.

13. Effective Date.
This policy is effective on January 1, 2002.
